The Loving-kindness visualization enables us to find that innate love and compassion within each and every one of us, and enables us to tap into and cultivate, expand and radiate this incredibly powerful energy, to learn to love ourselves and to love others, in deeper and more meaningful ways. This is a great meditation for practicing forgiveness, for ourselves and or others.

The Offering Practice is a proven method for exploring within ourselves whatever is causing us a sense of suffering or struggling. We can look more deeply at the thoughts, emotions, stories and judgments that are arising, and offer them up in a way to release them from continuing to weigh us down. The practice enables us to include friends and family who are might be struggling or suffering in some way as well, creating a greater sense of peace amidst the difficulties in life that sometime arise.
